REGINA, SK – The race for third continues to be neck-and-neck.

League goals leader Spencer Bell tallied his 44th and 45 of the year and counted his fifth-straight multi-point outing as the Humboldt Broncos blew away the Notre Dame Hounds 6-1 Tuesday. The victory slipped the Broncos back into third place, one point ahead of the idle Battlefords North Stars, with equal games played at 54 apiece.

In the other contest of the night, Finley Radloff notched two goals, including the game-winner, and Braeden Jockims counted a three-point evening as the Nipawin Hawks downed the Melville Millionaires 5-2 at the CN Community Centre. The defeat snapped the Mils’ six-game win streak, although Melville is locked into fifth place in the standings regardless.

Here are the updated standings after the day’s games.
