As a special feature of the Goals for KidSport program, 11 Volunteer Champions were recognized by your local SaskEnergy Network Members. With the 2016-17 playoffs set to begin this is an opportunity to reflect and say thank you to all the other volunteers who help execute the SJHL game nights!
There are so many dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the success of their local teams. From organizing officials, to working the penalty box, from being the announcer or goal judge, to filling in for other positions like time-keeper or security, from stepping up as board members, to acting as player hosts, these volunteers have really given their energy to the SJHL!
On behalf of the Goals for KidSport program, the SJHL, and your local SaskEnergy Network Members thank you again to all the volunteers for giving your time and energy, and for continuing to make this season such a great success!
