Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League

SOURCE EMBROIDERY POWER RANKINGS (Oct 15)

1-BATTLEFORDS NORTH STARS (1)   12-1-0-0
Continuing to roll along with no obvious weaknesses.

2-MELFORT MUSTANGS (3) 8-2-2-1
They haven’t lost in regulation since opening weekend.

3-NIPAWIN HAWKS (4) 9-3-0-0
The offense may be underachieving a bit, but they are as strong as ever defensively.

4-HUMBOLDT BRONCOS (5) 7-4-0-1
Broncos cooled off both Flin Flon and La Ronge this week.

5-FLIN FLON BOMBERS (2)  7-3-2-0
Southern swing resulted in a winless week.

6-LA RONGE ICE WOLVES (7) 6-8-0-0
A very strong and impressive week, highlighted with back to back shutouts on the road.

7-YORKTON TERRIERS (8) 5-7-0-0
Winners in four of their last five but defensive zone play remains inconsistent.

8-ESTEVAN BRUINS (11) 3-5-1-1
Finally an eruption on offense as they lit up with Melville for 10 in a game last week.

9-WEYBURN RED WINGS (10) 5-7-0-0
Hanging in there by playing well against divisional foes.

10-MELVILLE MILLIONAIRES (6) 4-5-2-2
Very inconsistent and the blowout on home ice against Estevan was embarrassing; however they rebounded nicely with a win over Yorkton.

11-NOTRE DAME HOUNDS (9) 4-7-1-0
Winless in four with a number of underachieving players and no real chance to give goaltender Kohonick a break as they are needing him to steal games.

12-KINDERSLEY KLIPPERS (12) 3-7-1-0
Winless in five and they shook it up last week by dealing one offensive defenseman to get another (Dane Hirst).
