Parker Rey made 34 saves for his second shutout in his last three starts, and the Battlefords North Stars won for the 20th time in 21 games, blanking the visiting Humboldt Broncos 3-0 on Tuesday.

Quinton Loon-Stewardson scored a pair of third period goals, his 14th and 15th of the season, to put the game away, after Matthias Urbanski opened the scoring with a powerplay goal late in the second period.  The Stars (20-1-0-0) have now won 13 straight games.

Brendan Forman made 30/32 saves in goal for the Broncos (11-8-1-1).

Chantz Petruic now has 21-goals in 21-games, part of his league-high 43-points, after another two goals and an assist Tuesday, as the Yorkton Terriers beat the Nipawin Hawks 4-3 in overtime on the road.  Petruic has points in 19 straight games, and has six straight multi-point efforts.

Brett LeGrandeur had a goal and two assists, and set up the overtime winner, scored by Carson Henry 1:19 into extra time.  Ryan Ouelette made 45/48 saves in goal for the Terriers (11-9-1-0).  Yorkton has points in seven straight games (6-0-1), while Ouelette still has yet to lose in regulation since returning (4-0-1, 1.77, .955%).

The Hawks (12-8-1-0) led 2-0 halfway into the first period.  Brodie Girod and Zach Cox provided the early lead, and after three straight from the Terriers, Carson Erhardt tied the game late in the second.  The third period was scoreless.  Ross Hawryluk made 25 saves for Nipawin.

Noah Decottignies stopped 37 of the 40 shots he faced, as the Weyburn Red Wings were out-shot 40-28, but beat the Melville Millionaires 4-3 on the road.

Dante Ballarin scored his first two SJHL goals in the win, while Graham Skinner and Jake Misskey also scored for the Red Wings (8-11-0-1).

Dylan Wells scored his first goal of the year, while Aidan Steinke Jonathan Krahn also picked up goals for the Millionaires (4-12-2-2).  Luke Spadafora had a pair of assist and Kaleb McEachern made 24/28 saves.

The Estevan Bruins and Notre Dame Hounds played a neutral site game in Southey, SK.

While full stats were unavailable at press time, the Bruins pulled out a 5-4 victory in a shootout.
