Directwest Commitment: Terriers’ Sklaruk heading to Red Deer Polytechnic

The Yorkton Terriers are pleased to announce that 20 year old defenseman Tanner Sklaruk has committed to Red Deer Polytechnic Kings, who play in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC).

Tanner is from Stony Plain, AB and is a 3rd-year player with the Terriers. Tanner has develope into a top-end defenseman. He currently has 30 points in 52 games played this season. With nine goals on the year, Tanner currently ranks third in all defenseman in goals scored in the league.
Prior to joining the Terriers, Tanner played for the U18 AAA St. Albert Raiders and won the Mac’s Tournament.
