CAMROSE, AB – For the second time in two days, Kaeden Serpa and the Battlefords North Stars were able to withstand the Kindersley Klippers barrage, as they won 4-3 on New Year’s Day.
Serpa made 43 stops in the victory and has won seven of his last eight starts in net for the Black and Silver, while making 35-plus saves in all eight contests.
Carter Geysen scored a goal and an assist in the win and has tallies in each of his last three games.
