CANTERRA SEEDS SJHL PICK ’EM POOL
Think you know the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League? CANTERRA SEEDS and the SJHL want to give you your chance to put that knowledge to the test.
The SJHL, in partnership with CANTERRA SEEDS, is launching its new Pick ’Em Pool, giving fans the opportunity to make weekly picks throughout the 2026-27 regular season, collect points and compete for prizes along the way.
Each week, fans can visit the SJHL Pick ’Em Pool, brought to you by CANTERRA SEEDS, enter their name and email address, and pick the winner of each game listed on that week’s form.
Each correct pick is worth one point, and points count toward both the current contest round and the overall season standings.
Three Rounds. Three Chances to Win.
The Pick ’Em Pool season is divided into three rounds:
September 23 – November 8
November 9 – January 10
January 11 – March 13
At the end of each round, the participant with the most points will win a signed Sherwood hockey stick.
The Round 1 prize is a signed Connor Bedard Sherwood hockey stick. The NHL players featured on the Round 2 and Round 3 sticks will be announced at a later date.
Round Points reset to zero after each round, while Season Points continue to accumulate through the regular season.

Make Your Picks Every Week
To participate, complete the weekly Pick ’Em form using your name and email address.
Use the same email address each week so your Round Points and Season Points can be tracked. Only the first entry submitted for each email address will count.
Each week, participants can also guess the total number of goals scored in the games listed on the form. Get the goal total right, and you could be featured on SJHL social media.
Keep Playing, Even After Winning
Winning one of the round prizes doesn’t mean your Pick ’Em season is over.
Participants can only win one Sherwood hockey stick during the three contest rounds. If someone who has already won a stick finishes first in another round, the prize will go to the next highest eligible participant.
Previous round winners can continue playing and collecting Season Points, and they remain eligible for the Grand Prize.
A Few Things to Know
- The Pick ’Em Pool, presented by CANTERRA SEEDS, is open to all SJHL fans.
- Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter.
- SJHL staff, players and team personnel are not eligible to win prizes.
- Each correct game pick is worth one point.
- Points count toward both Round Points and Season Points.
- Season Points are tallied through the final weekend of the regular season.
- If a game is postponed and is not played during that week’s Pick ’Em, it will not count for that week. It will instead be included in the Pick ’Em for the week in which it is played.
- For the weekly goal total, only goals scored in games actually played that week will count.
- If two or more eligible participants are tied at the end of a contest round, a random draw will determine the winner.
- If two or more eligible participants tie for the Grand Prize, the winner will be determined by random draw.
Winner Notification
We will contact winners using the email address submitted on the entry form.
Prize winners must reply within 10 days. If we can’t reach a winner or they don’t respond within the required time, the prize will go to the next eligible participant in the standings.
